Fanbase Shop Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at shop.fanbase.app, the official Fanbase merchandise store.

As a small team dedicated to supporting Creators, we appreciate your understanding that our time and resources are limited. To ensure we can continue operating efficiently, we’ve outlined a conservative refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our limited inventory and print-on-demand partnerships, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Please email this information to: shop@fanbase.app.

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.


Shipping Issues

Fanbase is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery issues.


Order Cancellations

Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all information before submitting your purchase.
